Next100 Policy Entrepreneur Isabel Coronado wrote on the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that her tribe, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, has the legal authority over tribal citizens who commit crimes on their land for the Aspen Institute’s Center for Native American Youth.

Isabel writes:

“Today’s court decision is a win for Tribes and gives a huge opportunity to reclaim inherent rights that will strengthen the Nation and ultimately empower Native youth.”
