Chantal Hinds Quoted in Chalkbeat New York
Chalkbeat New York spoke to Next100 policy entrepreneur Chantal Hinds about New York City's College Choice initiative which offers support to college students in the foster system.
Reema Amin of Chalkbeat New York highlights the impact of New York City’s College Choice initiative which provides up to $15,000 for uncovered college expenses plus a $60 daily stipend.
