Chalkbeat New York spoke to Next100 policy entrepreneur Chantal Hinds about New York City's new College Choice initiative which offers support to college students in the foster system.

Michael Elsen-Rooney of Chalkbeat New York covered New York City’s new College Choice initiative which will provide up to $15,000 for uncovered tuition.
