If policy leaders want to restore faith in government, they should start from within.

Next100 founder and former executive director Emma Vadehra wrote an op-ed for The Progressive on how young voters lacking faith in government is connected to how the policy field not always practicing what it preaches when it comes to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Emma writes:

“Our nation’s most influential political offices, government agencies and policy organizations are unable to effectively advance a more equitable and just society because they themselves are not built equitably or justly.
