Inclusive Policymaking: Resources and Tools for Changing the Game – Next100

At Next100, we believe inclusive research and design lead to stronger public policy, and we are committed to developing and sharing resources that support such practices. This page offers toolkits, examples of approaches, and relevant Next100 research that demonstrate both why and how we should change the ways in which policymaking is done. This work was generously supported by the Lumina Foundation.

“We believe those who are closest to the problem are best able to envision the strongest solutions.”

—Stefan Redding Lallinger, executive director, Next100

Our research makes it clear that many young adults lack trust in our government and don’t feel our political system is working. Next100 aims to address this deficit by reshaping policymaking to center the voices of those proximate to our country’s most pressing policy challenges.
